How do security deposits work?
Security deposits are handled directly by your Host. Since every property is unique, the deposit amount and terms are set by the host to ensure the home stays in great shape. You can find these details clearly listed on each property page.
Who fixes things if the AC or an appliance has an issue?
Your Host is always your first point of contact for any maintenance—they know the property best. However, Livjaza is always here for you. We stay in the loop to help communicate and can step in whenever you need an extra hand to ensure things are resolved quickly.
Are utilities like DEWA and Wi-Fi included?
Yes, monthly stays on Livjaza are designed to be stress-free. Your water, electricity, and high-speed internet are already set up and included in the price, so you don't have to worry about monthly bills or connection fees.
Can I see the apartment before I pay?
Of course! We want you to be 100% happy with your choice. You can always send an inquiry to the Host through our platform to request a viewing. It’s a great way to meet the host and see the space in person before you finalize your monthly stay.
Can I extend my stay if I need more time?
We’d love for you to stay longer! Extensions depend on the host's availability. We recommend chatting with your host as early as possible if you think you’ll need an extra month so they can help you coordinate your dates.
Do I have access to the building’s pool and gym?
Generally, yes! Most of our listings are in premium residential towers. You’ll have access to all the resident amenities—like the gym, pool, and parking—allowing you to enjoy the full Dubai lifestyle from the moment you arrive.
