Payment data
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases/transactions, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code, addresses associated with your payment instrument. Single sign-on personal user account
We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing single sign-on (SSO) personal user account, such as Google, Microsoft Account, or Apple ID. Social media log in data

Payment processors
To securely process payments, refunds, and security deposits. Sharing necessary transactional data with trusted payment processors ensures that financial transactions are handled securely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant financial regulations and security standards.
Data analytics services
To gain insights into how our users interact with our services, which helps us to improve the platform, tailor our products to user needs, and make informed decisions. Analytics services process data on our behalf to provide reports on user behaviour, and platform performance, and to identify trends that guide strategic improvements.
Cloud computing services
To leverage scalable and flexible computing resources, ensuring that Livjaza can efficiently manage its data storage, processing, and computing needs. These services offer enhanced performance, reliability, and security, enabling the platform to adapt to user demand and innovate rapidly.

Livjaza or its services and products are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our services, but are not affiliated with, our services.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our platform offers you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (i.e. your Facebook or Google logins). If you choose to register or sign up or log in using you social media accounts we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform(s).
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. 8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers are located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) If you are accessing our services from outside the UAE, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" above), in the, United Arab Emirates, and other countries.
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses
We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
